Refund policy

 Items must be returned within 30 days of the date received.  

15 days for full money back and up to 30 days for an exchange

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Products must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all original tags.
2. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.
3. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots. The product must be in its original packaging and its original shipping box.
4. If your items are damaged/defective, please send us an email with pictures of the damage/defect and the soles. (Within the first 24 hours of delivery)
